Belil & Varriale successfully resolved a case on behalf of a Smithtown motorcycle rider man who was injured on his bike in an accident in which the other driver was the negligent party, ignoring a stop sign and failing to yield as she made a left hand turn. The plaintiff sustained a severe injury to the leg, ribs and fingers. He will forever have to live with a limp.

Belil & Varriale successfully resolved a case on behalf of a Flanders woman whose car was hit to the rear on the Long Island Expressway. The plaintiff sustained a shoulder injury and impingement syndrome, which required exploratory surgery to repair the tendons that were affected. She continues to live with a cracking sound when she rotates her shoulder or lifts her arm.
